Products can be bought using VISA, Mastercard or Dankort.

All prices are in Danish Crowns (DKK) and are shown including VAT (25% danish moms).

For all workshops, festivals, retreats (online and physical) the tickets is non-refundable. That means you cannot get money refunded in case you cannot attend or dont want to use the product. In some events it is possible to re-sell your ticket, but you will need to send us full name and email-address of the person(s) you have sold your ticket(s) to. It will be clearly stated on the event page for the event if it is possible to re-sell ticket for that specific event or not.

If we have to cancel an event, you will get a full refund deducted any eventual service fees. Service fees will be clearly stated on the invoice.

It is Your responsibility to check Your Ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your Ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.

We will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Copenhagen Tantra Festival only accept responsibility for Tickets bought from one of its own managed sales points. Any queries regarding Tickets purchased from ticket agents must be directed back to the relevant agent.
