Copenhagen Tantra Festival is a co-created brand by Kate Aura and Anders Lorentz, hosted and legally operated under the registered company Lifeforce Garden.

Payments and Pricing

Payments are accepted via VISA, Mastercard, or Dankort.

All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT (Danish moms), unless otherwise specified.

Ticket Policy

All ticket purchases for workshops, festivals, and retreats (both online and physical) are non-refundable. This means no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the customer, failure to attend, or change of personal circumstances.

For selected events, ticket transfer may be permitted. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated on the specific event page. If you choose to transfer your ticket, you must notify us by email with the full name and email address of the new participant at least 48 hours before the event start.

In the event that we cancel an event, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable service or transaction fees. These will be clearly detailed on your invoice.

Ticket Accuracy & Validity

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your ticket(s) upon receipt. Please check your confirmation immediately and notify us of any discrepancies.

We are not liable for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. Only tickets purchased directly from our official website or authorized sales channels are valid. For purchases made through third-party ticket agents, please contact them directly.

Participant Responsibility & Consent

By purchasing a ticket and attending our events, you acknowledge and agree to take full personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

Our events may include breathwork, conscious touch, movement, sound, and practices related to sexuality and energy work. Participation is always voluntary, and you are encouraged to honour your own boundaries throughout. You are free to opt out of any activity at any time.

By attending, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are physically and mentally capable of participating in the event

• You will inform facilitators of any relevant health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your participation

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. All personal information collected during your registration, ticket purchase, or newsletter sign-up will be used solely for communication related to our events, important updates, and selected marketing in accordance with GDPR regulations.

By purchasing a ticket to Copenhagen Tantra Festival or signing up for our newsletter, you acknowledge and agree that you will automatically be subscribed to the Lifeforce Garden newsletter as well. These two brands are co-operated and managed under the same legal entity, Lifeforce Garden (CVR: 43072935).

You can unsubscribe from either or both newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly at contact@cphtantrafestival.dk.

We will never share or sell your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.

Media Use (Photo & Video Disclaimer)

During events, we may document the experience through photos or video for use on our website, social media, or promotional materials.

If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the event begins, and inform the photographer or staff on-site. We will respect your preference fully.

Code of Conduct

We hold a strong intention to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all participants. By attending, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, staff, and facilitators with respect and care

• Honour the confidentiality and privacy of others

• Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or coercive behavior

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.

Final Notes

Copenhagen Tantra Festival is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after the event, except in cases of gross negligence or legal liability as defined by Danish law.

Your participation is a choice and a commitment to your own journey. Thank you for stepping into this sacred space with awareness and responsibility.
