✨ About the Role:
We are looking for a committed Festival Manager to take a key leadership role in planning, organizing, and executing Copenhagen Tantra Festival 1-2 times a year.
This is not just a supporting role—you will have significant influence and responsibility over the entire festival process, from planning to execution. A core part of your role will be recruiting and leading the volunteer team leaders and volunteers, building a thriving community, and ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
The role is freelance, remote, and highly flexible, requiring 5-10 hours per week throughout the year, increasing in intensity 3-4 weeks before each festival. We will have weekly online check-ins and 1-2 onsite work weekends to plan and align. During the festival itself, expect a high-energy, fast-paced environment—but you won’t be alone! Kate & Anders will be right there, co-creating the festival with you.

✨ Get Paid for What You Love – Receive a base payment of 20,000 DKK per festival, with the potential for bonus depending on ticket sales.
🔹 Your Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain a strong, engaged volunteer community
✅ Recruit, lead, and support volunteer team leaders
✅ Oversee festival logistics (venue, transportation, gear)
✅ Manage email communication with participants
✅ Participate in weekly check-ins and 1-2 onsite planning weekends
✅ Be present throughout the festival to oversee operations and ensure smooth execution
✅ Potentially handle social media and contribute to ticket sales strategies
While marketing and ticket sales are a plus, our priority is finding a strong festival manager who can lead, execute, and bring everything together. If you have experience in promotion or marketing, we can tailor the role to include those responsibilities.

Copenhagen Tantra Festival was founded in 2023 by Kate Aura and Lorentz, two dedicated entrepreneurs with a passion for inspiring curiosity about new ways of living and connecting.
Since then, we have hosted two festivals per year, bringing people together in a warm and welcoming community filled with inspiration, presence, and meaningful experiences. The festival is designed as a safe space to explore tantra, movement, and deeper connections—always with a focus on authenticity and the joy of life.
