An Evening of Heart-Opening Ritual & Deep Connection with Anders Lorentz & Kate Aura

Join us on January 22th, from 18:30 - 21:30, for a special 3 hour immersive workshop designed to elevate your heart, body, and spirit through the transformative power of cacao and breathwork. Led by experienced facilitators Anders Lorentz and Kate Aura, this evening is a unique opportunity to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with yourself and others in a safe, supportive space.
What to Expect:
Cacao Ceremony: We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao drink, allowing you to open your heart and set your intentions. Used for centuries by indigenous cultures, cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant medicine that supports emotional release, heart-centered connection, and grounding.
Guided Breathwork: After the cacao ceremony, Anders and Kate will guide you through a powerful breathwork journey designed to deepen your self-awareness and release emotional or energetic blocks. Breathwork is a profoundly healing practice that uses conscious breathing to calm the mind, release stored tension, and access deeper states of consciousness.
Integration & Sharing Circle: We’ll close with a grounding circle where you can reflect on your experience, share insights, and connect with others in the group.
Who This Is For:
This workshop is open to all experience levels. Whether you’re new to cacao and breathwork or are looking to deepen your practice, Anders and Kate will guide you through each step with care and expertise. Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Anand Rudra have been a huge inspiration for both Kate and Anders and people all over the world. His teaching and workshops are amongst the most groundbreaking we have ever tried, and we want to give as many people the possibility to experience a workshop with Anand.

Both Anders and Kate did Prana Technology certification with Anand and it was Anand that inspired Anders to focus his teachings on breathwork and energy.

Lin Holmquist

Lin Holmquist is one of the most talented in her field we have met. She has been a huge inspiration and we are thrilled and proud to have a collaboration with Lin.

Lin is a yogatherapist, yoga teacher, tantric body, energyworker and dakini. She started her journey on the shamanic path in the forest with the stones and the lakes as guides. Later she dived into the magic of the physical realms through the body and the movement of life in it. When she was initiated in to tantra – both worlds met – the physical and the metaphysical.

Lin is behind one of the biggest tantra festivals in Europe and is teaching so many people to follow their pleasure and have a more authentic life.
